Ruth is survived by her son, Bobby Velasquez; her best friend and dear companion, Deborah Chavez; her siblings Margie, Rosemary, Stella and Ronnie. She also leaves many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at Sanger New Life Apostolic Church on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A wake service will follow at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at Sanger New Life Apostolic Church on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sanger District Cemetery.
