Jessie Duncan (Turner) Biddle's father was USN Rear Admiral Thomas Turner and her mother was Frances (Fanny/Fannie) Hales (Palmer) Turner. She had 7 siblings - 3 sisters - Angela, Julia, and Mildred, and three brothers - Edward, William, Thomas, and Philip. She married Henry W. Biddle in 1873 and they had two daughters - Mildred Lee (Biddle) Cadwalader (m. William B. Cadwalader) (1/8/1874-9/19/1949) and Juliette (1/6/1876-?).
