Know all men by these present that we Isaac Q Brooks and James M Brooks are held and firmly bound unto the State of West Virginia in the just and full sum of four hundred dollars.
The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound Isaac Q Brooks has this day been appointed administrator of the personal estate of William R Brooks Dced. Now if the above bound Isaac Q Brooks shall faithfully answer the duties of Administrator aforesaid, otherwise the above obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue. signed Isaac Q.
