Born in Czechoslovakia, Mr. Stvartak was a Toledo resident 10 years, and lived in Rossford 40 years before that. He retired in 1945 after 20 years with the Libbey-Owens-Ford Glass Co. He was a member of the Rossford Sokol Lodge.
Surviving are a son, John, Toledo; daughters, Mrs. Irene Zarecky, Rossford, and Mrs. Margaret Brobst and Mrs. Mary Arquette, Toledo; sisters, Mrs. Mary Chirip, Dover, N.J., and Mrs. Ann Sterpko, Ashley, Mich.; brother, John, Passaic, N.J., and 15 grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 9 a.m. in St. Cyril & Methodius Church with burial in Calvary Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. in the Rossford Mortuary. The body will be in the mortuary tomorrow after 2 p.m.
