Benjamin had 2 brothers who were also enlisted in the 51st Georgia Infantry, Co E known as the Pachitla Guards.

They were just simple farm boys.

James Henry Manry (1841-1921), also fought at South Mountain and Antietam injured at Chancellorsville and captured at Gettysburg. He spent 14 months a prisoner at Pt Lookout, Maryland. Memorial ID 33080093

John B(R) Manry (1845-1862), also killed at Fox's Gap at South Mountain.
One of the unknown disinterred and reburied at Hagerstown.

He was originally buried "in the common near the Academy in Middletown."
