Jacob Henry Johnson was a son of Nancy Johnson of Lincoln Co., NC (who later married Kiser). Jacob was married to Ella G. Kiser, a daughter of John Henry Kiser, Jr. and his first wife, Harriet Minerva Bumgarner. Jacob and Ella had the following children:
