Age 95, of Edina, passed away on August 10, 2019. Bill was born and raised in Faribault, Minnesota. After high school he enlisted in the Navy and served his country honorably during WWII. After WWII he returned to Faribault and took over his father's restaurant, The Olympia Restaurant and Homemade Candy Shop. Along with his partners he owned & operated many Hardee's Restaurants across seven states. After retiring at age 76 he became very involved at St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church and it's community. He especially enjoyed the Saturday Bible Study. He was a member of AHEPA, The American Legion, the VFW and a 70 year member of the Masonic Lodge
Preceded in death by wife Antoinette "Toni"; siblings, Nick, Mike (Helen), Georgia (George) Kootsikas, George and Ted; Sister-inlaw, Kay Boosalis; brother-in-law, George Smith
