Some of his most memorable performances included "Helter Skelter" (1949), "All for Mary" (1952), "Up the Creek" (1958), "Tom Jones" (1963), "Mary Poppins" (1964) and "The Love Bug" (1968). For television his credits included "Theatre Royal," "Walt Disney Presents," "Jackanory," "Comedy Playhouse," and "Hawaii Five-O." He retired from acting in the early 1980s.
