She was born Sept. 1, 1990, in Cass Co. to William Riley and Maude Flora Kingery. She married Wilbur E. Azbell in 1919. He died Feb. 17, 1979.
Mrs. Azbell was a Homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Rita Fivecoate, Kokomo, and Mrs. Deloris Greathouse, Kokomo; one son, Mr. Basil Azbell, Amboy.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters and one daughter.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug 25, at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Twelve Mile.
