Clyde Adams, 87, of Dublin died Jan. 8, 1991, in Golden Age Nursing Home. Funeral services were held Thursday, Jan. 10, in Harrell Memorial Chapel in Dublin with the Rev. Ben Disney officiating. Burial was in Hico Cemetery.

Mr. Harrell [sic: Clyde Adams] was born July 21, 1903, in Hamilton County to the late Levi and Eunice Harris Adams. He was a retired farmer, and belonged to the Methodist Church. On May 23, 1931, he married Lona [Ann] King in Carlton.

Survivors include his wife, Lona Adams of Dublin; five children, Barbara Ann Chaney of Chesapeake Bay, Maryland, Jerry Glynn Adams of Colleyville, Peggy Sue Fraser of McKinney, Richard Lee Adams of Dover, Ark., and Joe Clyde Adams of Breckenridge; one brother, Raymond Adams of Hamilton; two sisters, Lucy Lowe of Hico and Ruth Wilson of Granbury; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
