Ann Jordan Bast, 75, Peachtree City, Georgia, died January 2, 1999. Mrs. Bast was born June 16, 1923 in Staunton, Virginia, the daughter of John Paul and Josephine Markley Jordan. She was a graduate of Mary Baldwin College and the Dunsmore Business College.

Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Robert Lee Bast; a son, James Bast of Heartland, Wisconsin; a daughter, Devon Pfeifer of Peachtree City; and a sister, Betty McClure of Peachtree City; six grandchildren, Jessica Bast, Kyle Bast, Ashley Bast, all of Heartland, WI, Brooks Pfeifer, Teddy Pfeifer and James Pfeifer, all of Peachtree City.

Memorial services were held at the St. Andrews in the Pines Episcopal Church with Father Dan Brigham officiating. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge of the arrangements.
