To son, SETH WARD, land he lives on on the James River called "Sheffield" and Negroes in his possession, etc.
To son, BENJAMIN WARD, land I live on on the Aplpomattox River, negroes, etc; if he die under age 21 then to go to son SETH WARD.'
To daughters, MARY WARD & MARTHA WARD, each a negro and L500
To daughter, ANN WARD,a negro and 500L unless she die under 21
Son SETH WARD to have use of Benjamin's estate until Benjamin of age.
