Reba Lindsay Fairchild
July 03, 1931 - October 26, 2019 Reba Lindsay Fairchild, 88, formerly of Lejunior, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at the Harlan Health and Rehab following a long illness. Born July 3, 1931 in Crossville, TN, she had lived here most of her life. Reba was a homemaker and believed in the Pentecostal faith.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Harold Bennett; her second husband, Mitchell Fairchild; her parents, Robert and Pearl Shepherd Lindsay; four sisters, Jewel Lindsay, Janice Lindsay, Wanda Stone and Virgie Derrossett; two brothers, Junior and Sammy Lindsay; two grandchildren, Shawn Bennett and Dustin Fairchild; and a great-granddaughter, McKinzie Russell.

Survivors include four children, Donnie Bennett and wife, Wilma, Totz; Debra Peace, Lejunior; Mitchell Alen Fairchild and wife, Helen, Loyall; and Melissa Starrett, Lejunior; one sister, Penny Rogers and husband, David, Knoxville; and two brothers, Bill Lindsay and wife, Crystal, Vero Beach, FL; and Avery Lindsay, Lexington.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Kevin Fairchild (Rita), Jason Russell, Shyla Taylor (Daniel), Tiffany Fairchild (fiancé, Alan Dillman), Tony Edward, Joshua Starrett and Josh Mullins; 14 great-grandchildren, Lauren Bowman, Deonna Starrett, Mitchell and Serria Fairchild, Isaiah, Jasper and Bay Taylor; Brandy and Elizabeth Tate; Josh Grubbs, Ethan Russell, Emily Marlowe, Kira and Bryce Mullins; eight great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 until 8 pm at the Evarts Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at 2 pm in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home with the Reverend Stan Nicely and the Reverend Wayne Caldwell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
