Johnny Lee Baker, 68, died October 5 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.
A son of the late Kenneth Baker Sr. and Audrey Sizemore Baker, he was retired as a maintenance supervisor in the hotel industry.
Mr. Baker was a University of Kentucky Wildcats fan, and enjoyed watching college and professional football games.
Surviving are his fiancée,
Barbara Turnmeyer of Jenkins; a daughter, Rachel Barton of Milwaukee, Wis.; two sons, Kenny Bill Baker of South Charleston, Oh., and Jessee Baker of Nashville, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Jackson Barton, Madison Baker and Kenni Baker; and a brother, Kenneth Baker, Jr., and wife Holly of Hillsboro, Oh.
Memorial services for Mr. Baker will be held at a later date.
