Cheryl LeBlanc Carter passed away on July 11, 2007. She is preceded in death by her mother Betty LeBlanc. Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Keith Carter; father Orville LeBlanc; sister Brenda LeBlanc Carter, and brother Brian LeBlanc and wife Dianne; nephews, Jesse Carter and Joshua LeBlanc; nieces, Christina and Kendall LeBlanc and other host of relatives and friends.
Cheryl was born November 23, 1964 in Richmond, Texas. She graduated from Lamar High School in 1983. She received a college degree in Criminal Justice from South West Texas State University in San Marcos. Cheryl has served Fort Bend County as a Sheriff Deputy for 17 years.

Cheryl was a loving wife, daughter, and sister, a wonderful aunt, a dear friend and dedicated coworker. Her sudden passing will be felt by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 14, 2007, at First Baptist Church, 1117 First Street in Rosenberg with Dr. Donnie Melton officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers are Jimmy Pate, Kenny Pate, Garrett Goodson, Curtis Goodson, Alan Engel, and Andy Gless.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2007, at Garmany & Carden Funeral Home in Rosenberg.
