Frank was born on November 1, 1936 in Canon City, Colorado to the late George and Beulah Walker Emerine. He attended Southland Baptist Temple and was a member of the choir. He worked for Paducah Water Works and was the president of the B.U.D. Before You Dig board. He also served in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Bonnie Swain Emerine of Paducah; one daughter, Lorie Lightfoot and husband Steve of Reidland; one son, Brad Emerine and wife, Anita of Smyrna, Tennessee; two sisters; one brother; three grandchildren, Michael Emerine, Ragan Hardy and Shelby Lightfoot; and two great-grandchildren, Annsley Emerine and Adalynn Emerine.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside service for Frank will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Sharpe Church of Christ Cemetery with Rev. Mike Bebout officiating.
