Mrs. Evelina Littlefield Polk, 85, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Thursday evening, November 21, 2019, at the St. George Heath Care. She was the wife of the late Mr. Briley Morgan Polk.
Born October 18, 1934, in Greenville County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Wilford Littlefield and the late Eva Waddell Littlefield. She was a retiree of CCX in Walterboro. She was a devoted member of Welch Creek Baptist Church for over thirty years. At her church, she had sung in the choir and served at times as the church pianist. She dearly loved music, especially the old hymns.
Surviving are: two daughters, Belinda L. Brown of Valdosta, Georgia and Glenda Morales of Walterboro; six grandchildren, David Gram, Angie Morales, Jessica Morales, Richard Brown, Jr., Antonio Brown, and Morgan Brown; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, November 25, 2019, from Welch Creek Baptist Church, 536 Welch Creek Road, Walterboro. Pastor James Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral ceremony beginning at 1 o'clock in the church sanctuary.

Evelina is also survived by her two biological children, Donna and Darrell. Her biological son, George, passed in 1989 (Find a Grave Memorial 8596539). These three children were adopted and raised by Doris & Esley Kimbrell.
