Gail Bryson (Whitley) Hinds, 57, died Nov. 9, in Stephenville after a two-year battle with cancer.
Services were Nov. 12, with Rev. Roger Weems of Graham Street Church of Christ officiating. Burial was in the Johnson Cemetery in Stephenville.
Mrs. Hinds lived in Hamilton in the mid-1960's. She was a member of Graham Street Church of Christ. While living in Hamilton she was a member of Park Heights Church of Christ, and her husband, James (Jim) Whitley, owned and operated a service station and radiator shop prior to moving to Cisco.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Ann Whitley, in September, 1994, and by her husband in May, 1979.
Survivors include a son, James Daryl Whitley of Stephenville; her mother, Dorothy Crownover Gatlin of Stephenville; six sisters, Glenys Mathes of Dublin; Sandi Marker of Hamilton, Ohio; Marion McGowan of Ardmore, Okla; and Sharon Daniels of Houston; and two brothers, Terry Crownover of Garland and Howard Bryson of Ardmore, Okla.
