Born May 3, 1952 in Savannah, Mrs. Dillard was the daughter of the late Mary A. Sconyers Thompson and Joseph F. McGowan, Jr. She was a homemaker and a member of Wayside Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School.
Mrs. Dillard is survived by her husband, Ronald Dillard of Tifton; her children, Emory Sixkiller and wife Lora and Lynn Martinez and Antonio Perez, all of Moultrie, Ronnie Dillard and wife Rhonda of Lenox and Ricky Dillard and wife Miranda of Tifton; one brother, Joseph F. McGowan III of Tifton; one sister, Julia Jones of Chattanooga, Tennessee; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Bowen Donaldson Home For Funerals was in charge of arrangements.
