Desdunes, three great-grandchildren, Melvin A. Desdunes, III, David L. Desdunes, and Mark Desdunes and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Desdunes, Sr., Anthony Desdunes, and Lawrence Desdunes, Jr.; one grandson, Melvin A. Desdunes, II, three sisters, Yola Broussard, Lucille Francis Boutte, and Lucia Boutte, seven brothers, Gabriel Boutte, Albert Boutte, Sr., Alcide Boutte, Lucien Boutte, John B.
