Helen M. Lodel, age 90, of 3616 N. Court, Two Rivers, died early Wednesday morning, Nov. 29, 2006, at her residence.
Helen was born Nov. 27, 1916, in the town of Two Creeks, daughter of the late Joe and Anna (Riha) Krizek. On March 24, 1945, she married Edward J. Lodel at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. He preceded her in death on Nov. 9, 1986.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Susan Lodel, Two Rivers; three grandchildren: Brenda (Jason) Laurin, Two Rivers; Gretchen (Jeff) Adair, Mishicot; Rebecca Lodel, Two Rivers; three great-grandchildren: Bryce, Elyce, Kaelin; one daughter-in-law: Calla Lodel and special friend: Jim Ouradnik, Two Rivers; one sister: LaVerne (Henry) Mueller, Sheboygan; two sisters-in-law: Erma Krizek, and Beatrice Lodel, both of Two Rivers. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one son: Gary Lodel; several brothers and sisters.
Private family services were held and cremation has taken place.
The Klein & Stangel Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Two Rivers, has assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
