Barbara was born on Friday, September 20, 1940, in Johnstown, PA. She was a daughter of the late Walter Bernosky and the late Martha Washington Bernosky.
Barbara was a beloved wife, mother, and Nana.
As a younger woman she worked in the banking industry and later in the travel industry. In recent years, Barbara was an avid volunteer with Birth Right, and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church.
She leaves her family to cherish her memory including; her husband of 54 years Robert, her son, Scott and daughter-in-law Susan of Ashburn, VA, her daughter, Jackie Biller of Ashburn, VA, two grandchildren Kevin and Lexy, and her sister Georgia & Tom Vinosky of Ebensburg, PA.
The family received guests from 6 to 8 pm at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.
A funeral Mass was held at 11 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church, St. 21371 St. Theresa Lane

Interment held in Leesburg Union Cemetery, Leesburg, VA.
