Mr. Agee graduated from W.B. Ray High School in 1953. He also attended Texas A&I in Kingsville and served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Agee was President and owner of Agent, Inc., constructors of metal buildings in Houston.
Mr. Agee is survived by his wife, Betty Agee of Porter, Texas; two daughters, Lisa Hollins and Dawn Bailey; three granddaughters, Meagan Bailey, Peyton Bailey, and Cailen Hollins all of Kingwood, Texas; and two sisters, Corolyn Armstrong and Laverne Agee of Orange Grove, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Memorial services were held Jul 28 at Seaside memorial Home Chapel.
