Services for Aline Kearns, 79, of National City, will be at 3 p.m. tomorrow in Greenwood Mortuary's Garden Chapel. Private inurnment will be in Greenwood Mausoleum. She died Thursday in her home. Mrs. Kearns, a native of Rhode Island, lived in the county 40 years. She was a cashier for 17 years for Alfred M. Lewis Inc., a wholesale grocery. She was a past matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Southwest Chapter 345 and a member of Mecca Temple 34, the Daughters of the Nile, the San Diego Fleet Reserve Auxiliary Chapter 61 and the Paradise Hills Community Church.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph; a stepson, James of Virginia; and a sister, Leonette Wilkinson of Rhode Island.
