Leta C. Beach, 90, of Delmar, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007. She was born in West Fulton, N.Y., on March 16, 1917, the daughter of the late Timothy and Ethel (Fancher) Clapper. Mrs. Beach had worked for several years at Town and Tweed in Delmar prior to retirement. She was an active member of the Third Reformed Church. She had been an avid bowler for many years and enjoyed playing bridge. She is survived by her husband Richard E. "Dick" Beach; a son, Donald R. Beach (Ellen) of Guilderland; a daughter, Janet B. Parsons (Gene) of New Milford, Conn.; a brother, Harry Clapper (Joyce) of West Fulton; five grandchildren, James D. Beach, Donna E. Wissenbach, Lynn R. Ellis, Matthew G. Parsons and Deborah Bisaccia and 10 great grandchildren.
