Peacefully passed away at her home on February 27, 2020 at the age of 95, surrounded by family. She grew up on a farm in Rochester, Minnesota. Carolyn lived in Indiana, Albert Lea and Grand Forks before moving to St. Louis Park where she lived for the past 67 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl W. Paulson, whom she was married to for 62 years, her parents, Emil Teske and Mabel Lutzi, her siblings, Mary, Arnold, and Phillip, and her son-in-law, Jerry.
