Tobias married second in 1871 in York County to Elizabeth Ann Hursh, daughter of Christopher or Christian Hursh and Catherine Spahr of York County, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth was born 1833 in Monaghan Township, York County, Pennsylvania and died 1916 at Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. Child - Oscar Hursh Quickel.
