Ann Towler, 80, of Cleveland, died March 21, 2020 peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was born on September 23, 1939 to L.G. Ward and Stella Ward in Athens, Georgia. Ann was a mother, sister, Mamaw and friend to many people. Ann loved the Lord, and she served Him through her hospitality and love for others. Ann was a wonderful cook and delighted in watching the joy, love, and nourishment her food brought to the people around her. Ann served as a church hostess and was a faithful member at Waterville Baptist Church for over 20 years. Ann is survived by her brother, sister, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchild, grand-pup, nieces, nephews and many more family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, mother and two brothers.
The family will hold a private graveside service on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
