SAME ILLNESS FATAL TO TWO
Brothers Are Victims of Intestinal Disease; Others Recover
TWO RIVERS, (Special) — For the second time within three weeks, death struck the Richard Richmond family today, claiming the youngest son, Lyle Gary, two and one-half years of age.
The child succumbed at 5 a.m. today at the municipal hospital of the same intestinal ailment which claimed his four-year-old brother on Sept. 20.
The body will lie in state at the Jansky Funeral Home from 7 o'clock tonight until the time of the funeral at 2 p.m. Saturday. The services will be held from the funeral home with the Rev. F. E. Schlueter, pastor of Emanuel Evangelical church, officiating. Burial will be in Forest View cemetery.
The child had been sick at the time of his brother Merle's funeral. Two other brothers, Ivar and Glenn were also sick with the same disease at that time and could not attend the funeral, but they have since recovered.
The survivors are the parents, who live at 1900 East River street, the two brothers, Ivar and Glenn, and one sister, Joyce.
