Paula Mae Helton, 67, of Amarillo died Wednesday at High Plains Baptist Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Blackburn-Shaw Memorial Chapel with Rev. Julian Traweek officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery in Brownfield. She was born on October 17, 1907 in Brashear to William Robert and Mary Melvina (Herman) Mangum. She is survived by her husband, Revada Lee Helton; her son, Jackie Robert Helton of Amarillo; her daughters, Fannie Louise Helton of the home, Barbara Jean Wood, Elitha Paulene Fritts, Nancy Sue Davis, and Neiva Yuvonne Barnes, all of Amarillo, Mary Bonita Martin of Frankfort, Indiana, and Shirley Ann Oleson of Houston; her sisters, Alcie Faye McWilliams of Kingsland and Martha Loreta Holmes of Winnsboro; her brother, Wesley Wade Mangum of Melissa; and twelve grandchildren.
