In 1988 with Ron's job moving to Milwaukee, they took early retirement, sold the house, moved into a RV fulltime and traveled the country, spending winters in Arizona for 19 years and working some summers at Yellowstone National Park. They returned to Manitowoc in March of 2007. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church and St. Faith's Guild. Myrna was an avid reader, crafter and oil painter.
