Harry Guenther, 87, of 258 Parkway, who for the past 24 years had owned and operated a grocery and delicatessen store at 245 Merritt street passed away at 2:40 o'clock this morning at his residence, after an extended illness.

He was born in Oshkosh, May 3, 1885, and had lived in this city all of his life. He was a member of the fraternal order of Eagles.

Survivors are the wife, his mother, Mrs. August Guenther, Oshkosh, three sons, Harry, Robert and Richard, and one daughter, Mrs. Clarence Senderhaul, all of Oshkosh, two grandchildren and four sisters, Mrs. Joseph GenaL Mrs. George Ziebell, and Mrs. Viola Long, of Oshkosh, and Mrs. Irving- Dale, of San Diego, Calif.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Fiss and Bills funeral home, with the Rev. Theodore Irion officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from this evening until the time of the services. Interment will be in Riverside cemetery.
