She enjoyed doing genealogy and volunteering at the Jones Center for Families in Springdale.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joe D. Lindsey, whom she married in December 1947 and one son, J. Scott Lindsey.
Survivors include one son, Craig Lindsey of Combs; one daughter, Gail Elmer of Spring, Texas; one brother, J.C. Womack of Kansas City, Missouri; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
