Andrew was a faithful member of Unity Baptist Church of Pineville where he served as a deacon, “The Sound Man”, and also served with the children and youth ministries. You would find Andrew most often in the kitchen doing what he loved, and that was cooking for the children and the youth of the church. He also loved and enjoyed mission work. He only had the chance to visit Malawi, Africa on one occasion but part of his heart was always with his brothers and sisters there. He was a mason and past member of Solomon Lodge 221 of Pineville and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Amy Hughart Pedneau of Jena, Louisiana, one brother Alfred Pedneau of Pineville, Louisiana, one sister Adrianne Pedneau of Pineville, Louisiana, mother-in-law Sybil Hughart, who loved him like her own son, of Jena, Louisiana, brother-in-law Chris Hughart and wife Amy of Jena, Louisiana, his nmiece and nephew Cara and Carson Hughart of Jena, Louisiana. Also, his “Adopted” parents Rev. Ron and Kathy Nation of Dry Prong, Louisiana.
He is preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Ada May Loudon Pedneau.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home of Jena from 6PM until 9PM. Services will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2020 in the chapel of the funeral home at 11AM with Rev. Ron Nation and Matt Mallette officiating. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery of Jena, Louisiana.
