William Taylor, charged with the murder of Andy Jamison, at Tin Cup, on the 6th of May last, was arraigned in the district court, held in Gunnison, Wednesday of last week. He plead guilty to manslaughter, and on the following day was sentenced by Judge Gerry to a five-years term in the penitentiary.
