Frances (Me-Maw) Brashier was born August 20, 1937 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Asberry and Mason Hutchens.

Frances was a retired laborer who had worked for Morning Star Fiberglass in Crump, Tennessee. She attended the Living Word Fellowship in Savannah, Tennessee, but was a charter member of the former Christian Life Center.

She spent most of her early life raising her six children, but also lots of neighborhood kids, as well as family and friends. Although having several grandchildren and great-grandchildren of her own, she was affectionately known as "Me-Maw" to so many.

Her family remembers her as a kind and generous person who would help anyone she could, always loving others and giving of herself unconditionally. She loved her family and was loved deeply in return, but most of all she loved the Lord and trusted in Him wholeheartedly.

Miss. Brashier departed this life on May 29, 2020 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 82 Years, 9 Months, 9 Days.

She is survived by: three daughters, Bonnie (Brashier) Dunbar and husband Brad of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Jean Hancock and husband Bo of Savannah, Tennessee, Lisa Vandiver and husband Matt of Mantachie, Mississippi; three sons, Danny Brashier and wife Brenda of Port Orange, Florida, Don Brashier and Pat of Michie, Tennessee, David Brashier and wife Aleisha of Adamsville, Tennessee; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Green of Crump, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Audrey Templeton Robbins, and Faye Spears.
