Carol 'Billie' Davis, 70, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born July 17, 1928, in Tower City, Pa. A resident for 26 years, she was a retired owner and co-founder of Cedco Inc. Construction Company.
She is survived by her husband, Ted; two daughters, Cindi Fox and Robyn Gable, and three sons, Ted Davis Jr., Bill Davis and Mike Davis, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Alma Buggy of Tower City, Margie Williams of Sunbury, Pa., and Beryl Bashore of Merritt Island, Fla.; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling private arrangements.
