June Althea Shoudy, was the 5th daughter out of 7 born to former Seattle mayor, William H. Shoudy and Martha Crismon.

She married Righter Clyde Perky, of Denver, CO, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Tacoma, WA on June 28, 1905. The rector of the church, Dr. Webb, officiated. Her sister, Mrs. Frederick (Winifred) Haydon Mantor, was matron of honor.

June and Righter had one son, John Shoudy Perky. John died at the age of 12 in the 1918 Spanish Flu Pandemic. John's death certificate mistakenly shows the surname as "Perry".

It appears June and Righter's marriage had already dissolved by 1918 as June did not name the father on John's death certificate and Righter was already living in Florida with his 2nd wife.
