Mrs. Electa Matteson, wife of the late Palmer Matteson, died, at her home in West Oneonta, Friday. The deceased was born in the town of Oneonta in 1833 and has passed her entire life in that township and the adjoining ones of Laurens and Otego. She was married to Palmer Matteson in 1851. Of this union two children survive, Adelbert Matteson of West Oneonta at whose home she died, and Mrs. Hogoboom of Wheelerville,
Pa."
