CANTON - Funeral services for Huelet Zachary Ducker, 83, who died Friday night at the home of a son, R. R. Ducker of 104 Bradley Street, Asheville, after a lingering illness, will be held Monday at 2pm in the home of the son.
Burial will be in the Avery's Creek Union Church Cemetery. Grandsons will be pallbearers and granddaughters will be flower bearers.
The body will be taken to the home of the son Sunday at 4pm to await the funeral hour.
Huelet Z. Ducker was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County.
Surviving are three sons, R. R. Ducker of Asheville, G. D. Ducker of Clyde and G. E. Ducker of Cleveland, OH; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Moore of Dallas, TX; 26 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
