Wilhelm (William) Ullrich was born ~1860 in Manhattan and was the son of Frederick and Anna Ullrich both who emigrated from Germany. William like his father and older brother, Charles, was a tailor by trade. They were tailors in Manhattan before moving to 87 Bartlett St, Brooklyn to live and work around 1885. On Sep 4, 1887 he married Philomena Platzer (born 1868 in Hamburg, Germany). They had one son Charles Ullrich born July 16 1891. The cause of his early death is not known.
