Ninel Vaganova, age 94 and 11 months of the Creve Coeur area of St. Louis County, Missouri, passed on Thursday, July 2, 2020 in Town and Country, Missouri. She was born on Sunday, August 2, 1925 in China, the daughter of Russian parents, Peter Vaganova and Evdokiya Khanyavina. She had a Master's degree and worked for the Soviet Union Government as an Agricultural Engineer. She and her late husband come to the United States in the early 1990's to be close to family. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, outdoors and cooking Russian pies.

Ninel was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Moisey Reyn; and her twin sister, Alla Kosmileyva. She is survived by two daughters, Inna Panov and husband, Vladimir, and Olga M. Kushnir and husband, Marat; two grandchildren, Pavel Merman and wife, Ludmila, and Michael Kushnir; and one great-grandchild, Kirill Merman.

Services: Visitation at the Chapel of Memorial Park Cemetery, 5200 Lucas and Hunt Road, Normandy, Missouri on Monday, July 6 from 10:30 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Burial follows in the cemetery.
