Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, July 20, 2020, at Village Chapel for Julie Howard Satterfield, 41, of Gadsden, who died Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Rev. Dewayne Boyd will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Village Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Julie was very outgoing, sweet, big-hearted, and was always the center of attention. She lived for her children, whom she loved very much. She was a one of a kind person and had a big, beautiful smile.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Turner; and fiancé, Jason Martin.
Julie is survived by her children, Hannah Satterfield and Ben Satterfield; mother, Gina Turner; and grandparents, Jean Tennyson, Clark and Betty Hutchins.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Autism Speaks (autismspeaks.org).
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will accept friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service Monday at Village Chapel Funeral Home.
