A daughter of Charles Young Webb, Sr. and his second wife, Margaret Allen. She was their third child and was fifteen months old.
She died of Cholera about two weeks, by wagon train, out of Council Bluffs Iowa, which would put the location into Nebraska Territory, about 170 miles west of the state line between Iowa and Nebraska.
This location is along the Mormon Trail, at an encampment of early LDS Church members traveling to the Salt Lake, Utah Territory with the Warren Foote Company Wagon Train.
