Mrs. Myrtle Branch Allen, of Winona, widow of the late J. E. Allen, Sr., died Wednesday, December 29, 1976 at Tyler Holmes Hospital.
She is survived by one son, J. E Allen, Jr. of Winona, two sisters, Mrs. Francis Tabor and Miss Lyda Branch, both of Winona; two grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Services were held at the First Presbyterian Church, Friday, December 31 at 10:30 a.m. officiated by the Rev. Harold Richardson with burial in the Oakwood Cemetery. Lee Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Wayne Gaines, Derrell May, Johnny Tabor, Newton Van Tabor, James Tollison and James H. Simpson.
