Death of Mrs. Annie Irwin
SOMERSWORTH, July 26 - Mrs. Annie (Grant) Irwin, 53, Buffamsville road, died early Monday morning at the Portsmouth hospital following a short illness. She was born in South Berwick, Me., daughter of Elmer E. and Martha (Ida Ella Goodwin)(Goodwin) Grant, and had been in this section all her life.
Besides her husband, Amaziah Irwin, and her father, Elmer E. Grant, survivors include two sons, James and Harry Irwin,, and six daughters, Mrs. Helen Bolduc, Mrs. Hazel Bernier and the Misses Dorothy, Bernice and Mildred Irwin, all of Somersworth, and Mrs. Lillian Rogers of Dover ; also three sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Hazel Garland, Mrs. Alice Rowbottom of this city and Mrs. Edith Bennett of Dover, and Raymond and Alfred Grant of South Berwick.
Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at Holy Trinity church.
Laurence A. Prentice of Berwick is in charge of arrangements.

Funeral Mrs. Annie Irwin
SOMERSWORTH, July 28 - Funeral services were conducted at Holy Trinity church at 8:30 this morning, for Mrs. Annie Irwin, who passed away early Monday morning. Rev. J. Francis Happny officiated at a high mass of requiem, assisted by the church choir with Mrs. Margaret Lang Mullin at the organ.
Pall bearers were : Ernest Tanguay, Louis Tanguay, Alphonse Tanguay, William Hennelley, John Grady and Richard Shea.
Burial was in the family lot at Holy Trinity cemetery, where Rev. Happny read the committal prayers at the grave.
Lawrence A. Prentice of Berwick was in charge of arrangements.
