He was single, supporting his mother, and was of medium height and build with dark brown eyes and black hair.
His death certificate states he died in Proviso Township, Cook Co., Il but was a resident of 5111 S. Wabash Ave in Chicago. He was the son of Frank Allen and Lulu Davis and husband of Lottie Allen, and that he was buried at Mount Glenwood Cemetery.
