CINET HUGHART JR., 70, OF Spring Hill, died Jan. 10, 1992, in Oak Hill Hospital, Spring Hill, after a long illness. He was a 30-year resident of Florida, formerly of Charleston, W.Va. He was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church, Spring Hill. He was a disabled Army Medical Corps veteran of World War II and a recipient of the Purple Heart, being wounded in 1943.

Surviving: caretaker, James R. Fitch of Charleston and Spring Hill; niece, Barbara Horton of Maryland; nephews, Buddy Fore of California, Silas Fore of West Virginia. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bartlett-Burdette-Cox Funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Cinet married June 28, 1943 at Greenup, Ky., the bride being the former Miss Lucille Crisp.
