Services for Eunas M. "June" Smith, 91, of Logansport, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Bethel Temple.
She died at 2:32 a.m. Sunday, March 7, 2004, in Miller's Merry Manor.
Born April 21, 1912, in Crawfordsville, she was the daughter of Alec Melvin and Ordelia Virginia McCoy Parman. She was married May 10, 1930, in Crawfordsville, to Samuel B. Smith, who preceded in death Dec. 19, 1990.
A homemaker, Mrs. Smith was a member of Bethel Temple. She enjoyed going to church and loved her church family. She also enjoyed her grandchildren and flower gardening.
Surviving are four daughters, Judy Spencer, Logansport, Velma Harlen, Converse, Freida Hamlin, Marion, and Shirley Lucas, Royal Center; four sons, William Parman, Rochester, Everett Smith and Dean Smith, both of Logansport, and Jerry Smith, Lucerne; two sisters, Pauline Briney, Kewanna, and Catherine Walker, Delphi; 30 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Two sons, Samuel Glenn Smith and Ronald Keith Smith; 11 brothers and sisters; and two grandsons, Billy Wayne Harlen and Patrick Parman, preceded in death.
The Rev. Buddy Holder will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Fisher Funeral Chapel, and one hour before services in the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Temple.
