Of Short street, Cresson township, died Wednesday afternoon at the home of his sister, Mrs. Patrick Clark, 307 Park Avenue, Johnstown. He had been employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad company on the Cresson branch of the Pittsburgh division for a number of years. He was born July 22, 1884, in Loretto, a son of Jonathan and Lydia (Eckenrode) Melhorn. Mr. Melhorn, who never married, is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Roy Raymond of Harrisburg, Calvin C. of Altoona, Mrs. J.C. Billitdeaux of Pittsburgh, Chester of Haynes City, Fla., Aldah A. of Cresson, Mrs. H. Craver of Baltimore, Md., Peter of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Patrick Clark of Johnstown.
